Incorrect Quest Marker: Alliance Relations quest

Bug description

Questie shows on the map that the quest "Alliance Relations" (https://classic.wowhead.com/quest=1433/alliance-relations) is an available quest for me to get in Descolace. I have already completed this quest and am on the next quest (https://classic.wowhead.com/quest=1435/the-burning-of-spirits)

nevermind it was available but was too low level for me to see it.
