Bug description

The following quest shows up on the map in Everlook, Winterspring when it should not:

If you have the quest "Well of Corruption" (https://classic.wowhead.com/quest=4505/well-of-corruption) then "A Strange One" is not a quest you can get.

If you do NOT have "Well of Corruption" or haven't completed it yet, then "A Strange One" should show up since it is a quest that leads you back to Felwood to get "Well of Corruption". It's not exactly a quest series, but it does appear to be a pre-quest kind of thing.

Currently at level 55 (Horde) I have Well of Corruption in my quest log. I have not completed it or turned it in. Questie shows "A Strange One" available in Winterspring, but it is not there. The NPC does not offer this quest.

If I drop "Well of Corruption" then "A Strange One" quest instantly becomes available. This confirms all above.
