Description

Nathanos Blightcaller, in Eastern Plaguelands, shows 2 quests as being available when they aren't.

Tested on 59 Orc Warrior. The quests did eventually open up for me after I finished some prerequisites. This comment summarizes what you have to do to unlock the quests:
