Quest issue around [10] Encroachment

Description
This quest is missing locations of Quilboars -- if I had to wager a guess, I'd say it was missing Razormane Quillboars. This is a really minor issue, in-game you can typically see more Quillboars even though they aren't listed on the map, just including it as it's a star zone that may impact new players. Tested on a level 8ish Troll Hunter.
