3 Blacksmithing Quests Show Up in Winterspring That Aren't Obtainable

Bug description
3 quests show up that are not obtainable.
I think this has to do with weapon specialization.
Tested on 60 Orc Warrior, 300 Blacksmith - Armor-smith Specialization.
