Once a quest is finished, all notes associated with it except for the finisher should be deleted. The questlog should then automatically point to the finisher.

In addition, sometimes the finisher isn't showingup as a note once the quest is finished. This needs to be fixed at the same time.

This works now, except for the note deleting part.
