Both the Horde and Alliance questlines have a similar structure:

-Start off with [Children's Week]

-Have three quests become available that simply require bringing your orphan to a particular location:
Alliance:

Horde:

https://classic.wowhead.com/quest=1800/lordaeron-throne-room

-Once all three quests are completed, two more unlock requiring getting an item each:
Alliance:

https://classic.wowhead.com/quest=4822/you-scream-i-scream
Horde:
https://classic.wowhead.com/quest=915/you-scream-i-scream
https://classic.wowhead.com/quest=925/cairnes-hoofprint

-Once both quests are completed, the final quest leads you back to the orphanage:

(Note that the wowhead links between the horde version quests are... lacking)

Currently, Questie doesn't realize that [Jaina's Autograph] and [Cairne's Hoofprint] require the aforementioned three quests.
