Bug description

When the Questie Tracker is minimized, it will expand upon entering a new zone. This can be reproduced by taking a flight that covers several zones. Start with Questie Tracker minimized and each time you cross into a new zone the Tracker will expand. The workaround is to disable the the "Collapse Tracker in Dungeons" option.
