[BCC] Quest Tracker Taint

Bug description
Getting this pretty much instantly and always after each login and afterwards:
42x [ADDON_ACTION_BLOCKED] AddOn 'Questie' tried to call the protected function 'Questie_TrackedQuests:ClearAllPoints()'.

We are aware that Questie is causing taint issues. But we haven't found a way to solve this without losing some major functionality.
