This has been happening since Classic. When accepting The Nightmare Manifests (part of the AQ40 Green Scepter Shard quest line), or whenever Questie loads with that quest in the quest log, the following system message appears:

Questie: [ERROR] Missing objective data for quest 8736 and objective The Redemption of Eranikus
