Repeatable quests to buy Ogrila flasks with Apexis shards. Do we want those into DB or not? Example of one showing also the error not existing in DB:

Looks like Blizzard added a proper questId for these quests or changed something again. Yes, we want to add them to the database as well.

These must have been temporary quests for when you could exploit a bug with the flask reward
