Malin's Request does not show up on the map

Questie Version 6.6.2

This is the final quest in the chain, it should point to the mage quarter in SW, but has no ? marker.
This might have been a more generic issue. Later in the same play session, after turning that quest in, I saw other quest markers in STV were missing. I did /reload and they came back. So its possible malins-request would have also been restored on the minimap had I reloaded at that point.
That said, it was not afflicting all quests at the same time. Some were showing up on the map, while others were not.
