Dustwallow quest: Hungry incorrectly shows markers for mirefin heads on southernmost island

Questie Version 6.6.2

The 2 southern most islands were repurposed in TBC to have defias on it for the quest:

It no longer has murlocs on it even though wowhead continues to show markers for "Hungry" there.
There are also now incorrect murloc markers at witch hill (replaced by ghosts)
Great finding @matthewhively and thanks for the report. We will remove the spawns for the murlocs then in a future update 👍🏻
