This is for TBC Classic, using the latest version of the addon (v6.7.0).

I had turned my tracker off long ago, but I recently started a new character and tried to turn it back on and noticed that it wouldn't appear anywhere. Even using the "Reset Tracker" button didn't do anything. I was having problems with a few other addons as well, so I decided to start fresh. I deleted all my addons and cleared out the appropriate SavedVariables files (both at the top level, and in the server/character structure). I reinstalled Questie from scratch and when I logged into a character, the Tracker still wasn't visible even though I had it enabled.

This time when I used the "Reset Tracker" button, the tracker appeared in the middle of my screen. It didn't have any of my quests listed in it, but I was able to add the background, add the border, and generally affect its appearance, etc. However, when I tried to move the tracker elsewhere on my screen by Ctrl-click+hold and moving it, it moved fine but as soon as I released the click to drop it, it disappeared. I can make it reappear again but using "Reset Tracker", but every time I try to move it or resize it, it will disappear as soon as I release my mouse button. Unfortunately there is no way to move or resize it without the Ctrl button, but it seems that Ctrl-clicking or Ctrl-dragging any part of the tracker window makes it disappear.

I've double-checked that all my SavedVariables and other settings have been reset, and I've run Questie alone with no other addons loaded so I know nothing else is interfering with it, but I'm not sure what to do to get the Tracker to show up and stay on my screen (while allowing me to reposition/resize it).
