GetNumFactions() returns number of "visible" rows in reputation pane -> QuestieReputation uses ExpandFactionHeader(0) -> Cancels what user has set
ExpandFactionHeader(0)
Fix by iterating without GetNumFactions(), similar way as quest log is iterated now
