missing start quest marker

Description
There was no marker for the quest [A Letter Undelivered] prior to looting [A Letter to Yvette], the item that starts it.

Hey @tap3ah thanks for reporting this.
The problem we have with this kind of quests is that the item drops by far too many enemies (and also does not has a very high drop chance). So showing the quest started by all the NPCs which might drop the item would flood the map with icons which is not very helpful.
We thought about adding some extra inidcator/list of such quests to the map, but simply didn't have the yet to look into it or build something like it.
