Filter by Reputation Reward

Description
As mentioned in Discord (tbc-general chat) I suggested the feature of implementing a filter by reputation gained (faction). After looking at the tbcQuestDB.lua it appears the reputation reward is a parameter towards the end, and the data already exists within the AddOn so it just needs provoked. This would be an amazing feature to be able to focus down on a reputation and ensure you are on your way to exalted!
Example, select Booty Bay reputation from a list (or possibly checkboxes to track multiple factions but I imagine this would be more difficult to write) and the world map shows all quests that reward Booty Bay reputation.
Took a look at this because it was something I kept coming back to wanting. Didn't implement as described really, but added a similar tab to the Questie Journey "Quests by Zone" feature. I also included some small improvements to that feature. Still needs localization. Auto-selects your currently watched faction.
