Questie should NOT Auto-complete Mount Hyjal Ring Quests

There are 2 NPCs that can start the quests.
They should have all auto-complete interactions turned off.
This is a major issue impacting all raiders. Questie stuck me with the wrong kind of ring and it'll be a few weeks before I can switch.
