"The Black Shield" (1322) quest in Dustwallow Marsh marks the incorrect mobs as objectives - only Darkmist spiders drop the required items, Darkfang spiders do not, but the later ones are also marked as objective.

Hey @Guestenye iirc this was changed with TBC. In Classic this was indeed different, but wowhead also shows the drop rates of Darkfang spiders https://tbc.wowhead.com/item=5959/acidic-venom-sac
