Dungeon Objectives Missing for Variety of Common Raid / Heroic Quests

Would be good build a database query that could identify the quests that have no turn in, or where NPCs or Objects associated with quest drops or quest turn ins have no locations listed. This would help find all the missing turn-in locations quickly.
I couldn't find any issues about "The Cudgel of Kardesh". The required items are correctly linked to the NPCs which have the spawn in their raids and also the quest NPC has the correct spawn location.
