QueryQuestSingle can not handle five digit questIds

Bug description

The result of /dump QuestieDB.QueryQuestSingle(65610, "preQuestSingle") is {[1]=65} instead of {[1]=65601} which results in issues about quests not showing up even though they should. Five digit questIds were added a while ago.
