The tracker doesn't resize after the update of a quest whose name exceeds the maximum existing width.

Bug description
For example the quest that will be updated is the 2nd longest as title in the tracker window. When this quest gets completed, and the tracker adds a "(Completed)" at the end of the title, now this quest name is the longest in the tracker window, and exceeds the current width, and the tracker fails to resize itself.
This happens both when you accept or complete/fail a quest whose name will become longer than any of the existing quests tracked currently.
In the screenshot below the quest The Greatest Race of Hunters was the 2nd longest quest, but became the longest after completing it.
Would a call for resize function whenever a quest is acquired/completed/failed fix this bugged behaviour? I assume this would also fix #3404

Bumping this. Current tracker still has unintended behavior of not resizing, but this time it's different. This time it's not even resizing to see the quest objectives.
I have no idea how many objectives are still needed for the first quest. Right clicking the bars in bottom right corner used to resize the width of the tracker. Now it's not doing this, and the tracker is not resizing itself.
