Quest completed/abandoned is no more sent in addon comms. Regression in desync-fix

This was called in QuestieEventHandler but isn't called in QuestEventHandler

Questie:SendMessage("QC_ID_BROADCAST_QUEST_REMOVE", questId)

Also quest accepting is not sending anything.
