Encoded Fragments drop from more than just Oozes

Description
Reported on Discord.
For the quest Encoded Fragments the required items are listed to drop from many mobs in Aszhara.
The database DOES reflect that, but a correction for Classic changes this to only drop from Oozes. To fix this the TBC corrections need to override the correction for Classic.
