Wrong objective locations for "The Depths of Depravity"

Description
Quest properly displays that the objects on the ground should be looted and locations, but improperly shows that "Dragonflayer Fleshripper" can drop the item as well. While possible, very improbable as I am on 40 kills with no drop.
