Objectives mixing for "If Chaos Drives, Let Suffering Hold The Reins"

Description
The quest has two objectives - kill 10 Scarlet Crusaders, and kill 10 Citizens of Havenshire. It is showing the Scarlet Crusaders objective on mouseover of both the Scarlet Crusaders and the Citizens of Havenshire.
