"Outpost Over Yonder..." is a breadcrumb quest

Description
This quest becomes unavailable to pick up once you have completed (or reportedly even accepted - cannot yet confirm) the quest "The Explorers' League Outpost" (11448). However, Questie continues to show it as available even when either of those conditions are met.
