Never mind, just a bug with that quest...

It's not showing all the required items as objectives.

Latest in TBC, and the data in the quest shows it's got the objectives but the tracker isn't showing them.

Edit: I think I was right the first time, it has an "item provided" but it doesn't have that item as the objective as well. Probably good to always include all the objective items, even if it's provided.

It somehow detects the presence of the item in bags or not, but there's something broken with the counter in that case. I had 16/25 before picking the last stack from mailbox, which turned the quest complete to 25/25.
When removing the extra quest item, it somehow reverts back to 16/25 and doesn't count the items anymore.
