Wrong objective locations for "Scattered To The Wind"

Description
isen Wintergarde Mage (NPC ID 27283) is shown as dropping the Wintergarde Munitions required for this quest, but cannot reproduce this on beta. Only source for this objective is the Wintergarde Munitions Crate (Object ID 190032).
