Wrong objective locations for "Not On Our Watch"

Description
The Shipment of Animal Parts item for this quest shows as able to drop from both Northsea Mercenary and Northsea Thug mobs. This is accurate for the Northsea Thug mobs, however Northsea Mercenary mobs cannot drop this item.
