Completed quests are "cached" at login or at smoothreset (or some few other events?). While server daily quest reset time happens and player is online, those dailies stay still as "completed" in cache.

This breakds not showing these as available quests. And if player takes such quest, its objectives progress is not tracked correctly.

/reloadfixes ofc.

QuestLogCache has correct progress of the quests.
Questie.db.char.complete has a quest as completed. (Why that table field is complete and not completed?)
