Description

For multiple quests in the Blasted Lands requiring Vulture Gizzards, objective markers and tooltip information for the Bonepicker enemies is missing. Bonepickers should have markers and tooltips indicating they drop this quest item.

I'm guessing fixing vanilla quests are a low priority when most people are playing wrath, but can confirm this issue still exists in Questie v7.4.5
