Wrong pre quest for "Reunited"

Description
An objective of https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/quest=12661/infiltrating-voltarus requires you to complete a quest from Overlord Drakaru, and which quest that is will depend on whether you completed an earlier chain.
If you have not completed https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/quest=12238/cleansing-draktharon# , you will be prompted to complete https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/quest=12664/dark-horizon.
If you have completed Cleansing Drak'tharon, you will be prompted to complete https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/quest=12663/reunited.
I had not completed that line, however Questie tried to tell me that both quests were available rather than just Dark Horizon. There may also be an issue if you have completed the relative quest line that Dark Horizon incorrectly shows as available, but I can't verify that.
