Sholazar Basin Oracles and Frenzheart dailies are not exclusive to another

Description
In Sholazar basin you choose between the Oracles and the Frenzyheart. Once you have solidified your choice you gain access to daily quests.
I joined the oracles, and came back a 2nd day to do it again as a daily - called "hand of the oracles" - (bug reported that daily to Blizz for not yielding Reputation).
Questie has a bug where even though my daily is complete for the day, and in favor of the Oracles, there is a Yellow "!" on the map in that location for the Frenzyheart quest "Return of the Lich Hunter." - While I can do this quest another day to make the swap between factions, I cannot do it today as I already killed the Lich and completed the other option. So, this should not show on my map til reset tomorrow.
