Distance calculation does not work across zones/maps

Self explanatory. We need to implement Gatherer's cross-zone distance table to properly calculate how far away a certain objective REALLY is.

Yeah, astrolabe's Astrolabe:ComputeDistance works across multiple zones (and continents)
