Questie marker visible for Give it a Name but not available due to having a different quest in log

Horde at New Agamand in Howling Fjord. One of the main quest givers displays ability to pickup https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/quest=12181/give-it-a-name from questie marker, but unable to pick it up due to having https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/quest=12189/imbeciles-abound in my questlog which was picked up on the western side of Dragonblight.
