Tracker moving itself off screen without manual resizing

Bug description
On a fresh character the Tracker starts moving itself slowly off screen while playing. After manually resizing the Tracker the issue seems to go away.
The Tracker does indeed use different logic for sizing/positioning if a manual size was applies or not.
