Auto-Turn In Needs a .5 Second Pause

If I use Questie's Auto Turn In, it DC's me when I turn in multiple rep items. Like [Ethereum Prisoner I.D. Tag]...
But if I macro it, and set Auto Hot Key to push the button ever .5 seconds... no DC.
I'll merge this with #3987
