Description

Some Tracker settings are hard to maintain and most likely are not used much. We should reduce the amount of available settings to make it easier for us to maintain the code.

Ideas are:

• Replace the "Show Header" with a "Auto hide Header when no quests are tracked"
• Remove "Auto Move Header" entirely
• No idea about the "Fade" options. I guess they should be default
