The tracker slide to the left on its update

Bug description
The tracker position changes a little to the left on quest update (kill a mob, pick up an item, etc.) to click on the zone name (show or hide quest for specific location). It's impossible to move it to the right also.
After "/reload" everything is fine until the next restart of the WoW client.
