Game's quest log cache is not ok. This shouldn't happen.

I was able to clear the error by deleting the questie.lua files in my WTF folder. I don't do any customizations though so not sure if it will affect those. Best practice is to rename the files "old_questie.lua" so if something breaks you can restore it. Had a similar issue when prepatch hit and resolved it the same way.
I didn't get the error that I noticed, but updated it earlier today and once again my quests by zone is empty. I can do the pull down to selet a zone, but the box below it that is usually there is gone. Renaming both the files in the WTF folder didn't change anything this time on a reload. Not gonna log out and back in with the Benediction queue boss so bad.
