This is required to work for the Wotlk daily quests.

Quest hubs that need to be handled:

• NHC and HC daily quests in Dalaran
• Cooking and Fishing daily quests in Dalaran
• Brunhilda quests in Storm Peaks
• Oracle and Frenzyheart daily quests in Sholazar Basin
• PvP daily quests in Howling Fjord
• Wintergrasp Weekly quests (the "elemental" ones)
• Argent Tournament (Check this comment)
