Block Quest Sharing inside battlegrounds

Description

Block Quest Sharing inside battlegrounds. Exactly this.
Many trolls in BGs think its funny to share random quests, in BGs in the middle of combat no less.

Can we get an option to disable the quest pop up and the addon auto accepting them?

Hey @orionshock sounds strange that team mates are manipulating each other ๐Ÿ˜…

But I can understand the pain. Auto accepting quests does work in BGs as well. So if you enable that option the quests will just be accepted.

But we can look into adding an option to accept/refuse quest sharings in BGs. Can't give you an estimate though, other things have a higher priority with the move to Wotlk.

understandable a low prio request;
I'd file this under "nice to have".

I'd like to +1 this request and add some additional context.

Usually these quests are spammed in response to someone in the BG asking "Can you share daily/weekly quests?" like in Wintergrasp where there are legitimate weekly quests to share.

The offending spam quests are almost always the same:

https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/quest=3861/cluck
https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/quest=4866/mothers-milk
https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/quest=4862/en-ay-es-tee-why

As well as all of the non-repeatable AQ40 War Effort quests that reward these signets:

https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/item=21436/alliance-commendation-signet#reward-from-q;name=!More

My personal preference would be for the above quests to be auto-declined, at least while in battlegrounds. But I would still like to accept the legitimate Battleground quests that might get shared.

+1 for that, we should just be blocking non-PvP quests in BGs.

We're already looking into a complete options rework/refactor, I'll be sure that's an option when we do.
