The netherwing daily quest "Picking up the Pieces..." shows quest objectives on mobs.

The quest items are only looted from Nethermine Cargo ( https://www.wowhead.com/wotlk/object=185939/nethermine-cargo )
They do not drop from any mobs, as Questie shows (addon shows Nethermine Flayers as dropping them).
