Quest "It goes to 11..." is missing map objectives for the harpoon that you use and the mobs to slay.

On other quests you were also getting a map marker for the object you need to use for the quest, but here it is missing completely. There are 2 available harpoons to use at ~64.53.
The mobs you need to kill will spawn between the houses and the harpoons.
