Non-existent quest listed in the list of available quests for Howling Fjord

Description
There is a quest present in the database that doesn't actually exist in the game. It is listed in the available quest list for the zone Howling Fjord and it probably shouldn't be. (The "Quests by Zone" list in the character's Journey page)
