Quest Near Miss Shows as Obtainable After Completing the Counterpart Quest Line

Description

Quest Near Miss exclamation mark shows up on the map, while the quest is not obtainable. From wowhead, the quest lines of Unliving Choker and Writhing Choker are mutually exclusive as they both leads to the same ending quests. I completed the latter quest lines.
