I can't see the quests one side of the screen

When I take the quests,don't appear in one side of the screen,before yes,and I don't know why.

Which version of Questie are you using and is there an error message?

Well without more information I can hardly help. There are several in-game commands you can use to assess the situation. See the Wiki.

Try looking at the output of the /questie settings command and use the tracker related commands if necessary. Also, if I remember correctly, you might have to manually track your quests once after adjusting the settings, by Shift-Clicking them in the quest log (so they have a little tick behind their name). Afterwards they should be added automatically, but it has been some time since I used v3.69, so not sure.

If that doesn't work please send me a screenshot of your settings, or copy them from Questies SavedVariables file in the WTF folder.

The configuration is saved on a per character basis. Try using the /questie clearconfig command on the characters that have problems.
