Description

An option is added to Questie which allows the user to see all quests on the map/minimap, including quests they are ineligible for. If the user does not have the prerequisites to do the quest, the exclamation mark will be a different color (red?) and there will be information provided on what requirements are missing.

Faction-specific quests should not be shown as there is no way you will be able to switch to complete the quest, but rep choices like Oracles vs Frenzyheart tribe should be shown (or allowed a toggle for hiding rep pre-requisites).

It's not quite what you are looking for, but in the "Quests by Zone" tab of the Journey window there is a category for "Unobtainable quests" already. Sadly doesn't show why they are unobtainable nor can you put them on the map from there (well you could mark the quest giver manually I guess).
