I have completed this quest and it still shows as available in Gadgetzan on my map.

Wowhead also describes it as alliance quest, while its in my fishing profession section as Horde?

Note that this is not the 6610 ID version, which shares the same name.

13825 is a complicated situation. In Wrath, they changed quest 6610 (the old Cooking 225-330 quest in Era) to give a new recipe called Clamlette Magnifique. Quest 13825 was added for folks that did 6610 prior to Wrath and therefore would otherwise miss out on this recipe. 13825 is an instant completion that grants the recipe.

There is no possible way for us to discern if a character meets that requirement. It doesn't count towards quest achievements anyway - so for now I'm just going to outright blacklist it.

To confirm - this quest is available to both factions, but a data entry error in a previous commit caused it to get miscategorized as Fishing rather than Cooking. This is now fixed, and in addition I have blacklisted 13825 in its entirety - it will no longer show up in Journey or as available on the map.
